I am inspired by Dr. Judy Boychuck Duchscher work and agree new graduate nurse transition is a pivotal phenomenon that impacts the profession in so many ways. I hope her theoretical body of work continues to grow through out the literature. Al Cadavero, RN, MSN, CWOCN

Absolutely. I couldn't agree more! What an excellent portal for all new nurses. Something that should be explored federally as well as internationally. Each nurse is exposed to a different viewpoint of the health care system but intrinsically is feeling similar emotions in their transitional experiences.
