Question

Janice: Do you have a mentor, a person in your career you admire? Do you on reflect on good days, and what happened that resonated with your values? Similarily on bad days, what value of yours did not play out, and is that something that is situational or is it something you can change? What is important to you and is it happening? Who is there in your world to support you?

Rob: How long have you been a nurse (or when you will you become a nurse) and where do you see yourself in 2, 5, and 10 years?

In the travel nursing industry I work in we see young nurses quite a bit who are looking for a change in their career. I think this kind of counseling could be very helpful to those new nurses out there, even once they have graduated. Thanks for posting this video.
