Her dissertation is a actual fact that nurses gobally must connect to share ideas and expertise on different issues and nursing practice. Due to global crisis, economic situation is a big factor that could even affect healthcare and its services though their no way we compromise nursing care. Nurses are innovative and flexible to ensure safe quality patient care is exercised at all times. With compassion, updated nursing skills, knowledge and correct attitude towards patient care and wholesome interpersonal working relationship gear to satisfied professional nurse who will enjoy their work and eventually promote nursing profession.
