Each video should aim do the following:
1. Share an idea.
2. Provide support, reasoning or explanation for the idea.
3. Discuss the importance of the idea
4. Highlight where to find out more information, become involved, or participate in research, alternatively suggestions on topics or ideas that need more research relating to the idea.
5. Give opportunity for feedback or contribution of viewers by asking a question for their input in the comment section.

Links will be posted below the video that relate to the discussion or that were directly mentioned in the post. This may include relevant work, organizations or websites of similar interest, citation of any works mentioned, and any other information the participants or viewers want to share.
Questions
The final text part will be the questions that were asked of the viewers to re-enforce participation by the viewer.
